வெள்ளம் என்ற பேராசிரியர் "டிச 1,2015 , செம்பரம்பாக்கம் ஏரி தப்பி , அடையாற்று கறையோரம் , ஊர் சேர்ந்தது மழை" . பொதுவாக சோகமாக இருக்கும் ஒருவரை பார்த்து "என்ன குடியா மூழ்கி விட்டது ? " என்று கேட்பர். ஆம் குடி மூழ்கிய தினம் தான் அன்று. காலை 11 மணியளவில் ஏரியில் இருந்து உபறி நீர் திறந்துவிடப்பட்டதாக பக்கத்துவீட்டுக்காரர் கூறினார். சுமார் 15 நாட்கள் முன்பு தான் ஏரி திறக்கப்பட்டு அடையாற்றில் வெள்ளம் பெருக்கெடுத்து, முன்னங்கால் அளவு நீர் வீடுகளுக்குள் புகுந்தது. அத்துயரம் நீங்குவதர்க்குள், மீண்டும் ஏரி திறப்பு என்ற செய்து அனைவரையும் பீதியடையச்செய்தது. எங்கள் பகுதி முழுக்க பதட்டம் நிலவியது. பொதுவாகவே செவிவழிச்செய்தியை பெரிதும் நம்பாதவன் நான். அதனால், எதிர்வீட்டிற்கு பின்புறம் ஓடிக் கொண்டிருக்கும் அடையாற்றின் அளவை மதிப்பிட ,இடை விடாமல் கொட்டும் மழையில் குடைப்பிடித்து சென்றேன். நீரின் அளவு மிகவும் உள்வாங்கியிருந்தது. ஆற்றின் மட்டத்தில் இருந்து சாலை சுமார் 12 அடி உயரம் இருக்கும். வீடு திரும்பி "மா , தண்ணீ ரொம்ப கம்மிய தான்

Marina Beach To Marine Drive “Beautiful thing in the world is of Course the world itself.” M y first travel blog is about my travel across western ghats of India along with my friend. Yes, we are only two. The only agenda of the trip is to reach Mumbai on the 8 th day to catch the train for which we had booked a return ticket back to Chennai, the remaining 7 days are all ours. As far as we can reach Mumbai on the 8 th days , we are free to go anywhere. Cool!!! Isn't it?? Travel preparations/decisions are 5 days vacation leave from office (Mon-Fri) sandwiched by two weekends, gave us 9 full days to roam around. Return ticket from Mumbai to Chennai. Hogenakkal was fixed as our first destination , rest can be decided at the end of each day with the help of Google map. Different forms of public transport is our only mode of transport. No non-veg to avoid unnecessary stomach upset. No expensive gadgets other than our smart phones, At any point of ti
